Every workplace is an assignment, a strategic mission field for personal and collective transformation.
Work is meant to be a place to grow, form, and share our faith in Christ.
Every workplace could feel a little like Heaven if followers are building intentional community and sharing the Love of God.
Imagine if Every Christian, from students to retirees, were Faith Active at Work. What could change? How do we get there?

Problems:
Only 1% of Christ-followers work for a congregation or Christian non-profit.
99% of Christ-followers are strategically deployed into the workforce.
Between the ages of 20 and 65, we spend over half of our time at work.
Only 5% of working Christians are Faith Active at Work.
Many Christians have not been equipped or connected to Christian workplace community to bring their Sunday faith to Monday work.
Solution: Individuals, Congregations and Faith at Work Networks partner to equip Every Christian to be Faith Active at Work.

City Strategy:
Create Faith at Work Networks for every industry.
Build momentum within the networks so that every Christian is building Christian community where they work and within their industry through city-wide events.
Through Unify Dayton, equip congregations to map and connect their congregants to networks.
Help larger congregations choose one industry to support via an annual summit or worship gathering.
City Strategy By Age Group:
Help high school students (through youth groups and Christian schools) become aware of Christian Faith at Work Networks
Help college students and young adults (through campus ministry, young adult groups, and other avenues) connect with networks to find mentors, community, and employment.
Help working adult Christians find rhythmic gatherings for their industry and Christians in their organization.
Help retirees pour back into their industry by helping faith at work networks succeed, acting as a chaplain to group leaders, or other means. See ReFirement Network.
