The Problem We All Feel

You walk into a restaurant— a young couple, an old couple, a family of five— all staring at screens.

Outside, the neighborhood is silent.

It’s not just them—it’s us. The world buzzes online, but grows quiet in our homes.

We’re all here, but rarely with each other—caught in the same moment: hyperconnected to our phones… and quietly drifting apart.

But it doesn’t have to stay this way.
God created us for presence— to see and be seen, to love and be loved, to connect deeply with God and one another. Jesus is inviting us to look up,
to live awake and connected again— to trade distraction for devotion,

and isolation for Kingdom community.

Together, we can reclaim what matters most.
We can choose presence over pixels,
and join God in restoring what’s been lost.

The Invitation

Christian Companion TWT.png

Tech Wise Tribe is a relational book, podcast, and one small part of a deep and wide movement—helping us find our way back to ourselves and each other.

The book invites us to fast from unnecessary technology, replace it with what helps us become well, and to do it in friendship.

It's about 100 pages, 3 chapters, and invites you into 3 meaningful conversations to be read in pairs or groups.

The book is in early editing phase and will be published when the time is right. Eventually you can sign up for updates and receive the foreword and introduction of the book for free.

RAISING HAPPY, HEALTHY

KIDS IN A DIGITAL WORLD

My Current Tech Wise Rhythms

Tech Wise Rhythms are never prescriptive—they’re deeply personal.

My rhythms are exactly that: mine, simply where I am on the journey. I share them not as rules, but as invitations to help you ideate.

Pick what resonates. Adapt what fits. Leave the rest.

I’ve been working on this for over six years, and my rhythms continue to evolve. Yours will too.

Enjoy the journey of becoming present, well, & restoring life — together.
