For True Healing, let's care for each other and our patients with Christ at the Center
Problem:
Healthcare is a high-calling in a complex field with a high-level of burnout. Christians in healthcare often lack Christ-centered community, encouragement, and equipping to bring their faith to work appropriately.
People are most receptive to connecting to God's Love during crisis. How do we care for
Solution:
Invite all Christian Healthcare workers to regular gatherings of worship, testimonies, and connecting.
Connect Christian Healthcare workers to Christ-centered community within their facility and/or discipline.
Provide regular access to Christ-centered content, stories, and CME-approved trainings to continue equipping and empowering healthcare workers to be faith active at work.

Strategy:
Map Christ-following healthcare workers by Filling Out This Form.
Host Bi-Annual Gatherings of Worship, Testimonies, and Connection.
Regularly host Christ-centered CMEs. Currently in development by Julia Circle.
Host Annual Summit Gathering.
