Connecting & Mapping Faith-Active Educators in Greater Dayton
It can be tough for Christ-following public school teachers to feel comfortable, affirmed, and supported in living out their faith at work. You are not alone, and you don't need a massive program to make a difference—where two or three gather in your building, a flourishing micro-community begins.
We are building a thriving, connected network of educators across every school district in Greater Dayton, supported by national partners like Christian Educators (offering liability protection, legal coverage, and professional resources) and Teach 4 the Heart.
Together, we are mapping our regional districts, raising up leaders, and gathering regularly for times of testimony, blessing, and commissioning.
How You Can Get Involved:
Active Educators (Community Builders): You are the deployed missionaries in the building. Connect with peers, receive encouragement, and discover who else is standing with you in your district.
Retired Teachers & Champions (School Chaplains): We are praying for every school in the Miami Valley to have a dedicated Chaplain. Your simple, vital role is to cover the school—educators, staff, students, and families—in prayer while offering listening ears and encouragement to the active community builders inside.
