Problem:

Christian Leaders of Men in congregations, work places, hobbies, recovery, and service are disconnected from each other. This reduces our healing, strength, and power to transform our selves and others in Christ.

The width of Promise Keepers packed stadiums, but it wasn't designed for depth. We need to architect for depth.

Solution: A regional friendship network of men's ministry leaders working together to restore the hearts of men for Kingdom Come in Greater Dayton as it is in Heaven.

To establish multi-generational infrastructure to ensure the staying power and momentum building of friendship amongst leaders to restore the heart of Every Man.

Strategy:

1. Map leaders of men. If you are one or interested in being one, Please Fill Out This Form.

2. Gather the leaders regularly to develop friendships for shared encouragement and strategy.

3. Gather leaders together at least annually at the half-day Fatherhood Summit at Sinclair Community College in the last week of January. Save the Date for January, 29th, 2026.

4. Host a large-scale annual gathering for men, similar to Promise Keepers, but do so strategically as a means to filter down connections into proximate and relevant men's ministries. Do so in the contexts of congregational ministries, faith at work, service (like Dinah's Brothers), hobbies, and recovery.

5. Trust in God that every sphere of society will change - home, work, and community.

Special Note for Retirees and those Approaching Retirement

This is your time. You are not meant to retire into the sunset. If you are breathing, God has a purpose for you. There is no such thing as Christian retirement. Men who retire without purpose decay and die quicker. They take up space, but more importantly, they don't get to feel the joy of fulfilling their role as a Spiritual Father or an Elder-Sage.

You aren't meant to retire. You have a fire burning in you. You are meant to ReFire.
