Problem:
The Manufacturing Industry isn't always safe, fulfilling, and concerned with wellness.
Those who work in factories often struggle with an unsustainable lifestyle leading to high-turnover.
Factory Workers have a variety of factors that make it difficult to be healthy in a variety of dimensions of life, but it doesn't have to be like that.
The industry is changing and is already being taken over by more and more robots.
Solution:
Create a network of factory owners, managers, and floorman who want to be well and help others be well.
Strategy (regional):
Map factory owners, managers, and floorman who want to be well: Please Fill Out This Form

Connect wellness-oriented drivers to each other regionally and within companies
Help each owner and driver become more well in a community of wellness

Relevant Industry Data*:
13 million manufacturing employees in Sept. 2024.
Taken alone, manufacturing in the United States would be the seventh-largest economy in the world.
By 2034, 3.8 million manufacturing jobs will likely be needed, and 1.9 million are expected to be unfilled if we do not inspire more people to pursue modern manufacturing careers.
